Dr Malgorzata Milewicz

Psychotherapist

Integrative psychotherapist working with adults who struggle with relationships and with recognising/accepting own feelings and needs.

About Me

I work with adults struggling with relationships and with recognising their own feelings and needs. As an integrative psychotherapist, I help clients develop clearer communication and a deeper connection with themselves. Sessions offer a supportive space to explore past patterns and build new ways of relating. This approach suits those seeking to understand themselves better and foster more fulfilling connections in their lives.

Approach

When relationships feel stuck and inner needs remain hard to name, therapy becomes a practical exploration of feelings, choices and new ways of relating. In my London clinic I offer in-person sessions in English and Polish, pacing each hour to what you bring and sometimes suggesting focused reflections between meetings. Together we track repeating patterns, gently name sensations and beliefs, and try small, real-life experiments in communication and boundaries to test new responses. This way of working often helps adults build steadier self-awareness and kinder connections.
