About Me

As a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist, I help clients navigate deep emotional barriers. I aim to heal past wounds, fostering lasting change. My approach, blending ISTDP and hypnotherapy, is warm yet direct. If you’re seeking resilience and self-discovery, I offer a transformative space. We work collaboratively, focusing on practical steps. This helps you break through what holds you back, moving towards a more fulfilling life.

Approach

Sessions move between clear, direct feedback and relaxed, guided states to help you access feelings that have felt out of reach. I work with adults in Kuala Lumpur and online, in English or Farsi, keeping a steady pace that feels both held and forward-moving. In-session we track body sensations and patterns, name automatic defenses, allow expression, and sometimes use brief trance to consolidate new ways of responding, with simple experiments between sessions. This way suits people who want honest, collaborative work and tangible emotional shifts.

Services

Therapy is not about fixing what is broken. It’s about understanding what hurts, what repeats, and what has been waiting to be heard. I offer depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults who want real, lasting change—not quick techniques or surface solutions. My work focuses on emotional understanding, regulation, and transformation through a safe, respectful therapeutic relationship. Individual Psychotherapy For adults experiencing: Anxiety and chronic emotional tension Depression, emotional numbness, or loss of meaning Grief, loss, and unresolved emotional pain Relationship patterns that repeat and cause suffering Emotional overwhelm, shame, or inner conflict Personality patterns within the neurotic spectrum Sessions are a space to slow down, understand your inner emotional world, and gently face what has been avoided or misunderstood—at your pace, with care. Hypnotherapy Hypnotherapy is used as a complementary method when appropriate, to access deeper emotional layers, unconscious patterns, and internal blocks. It is always grounded, collaborative, and aligned with your psychological readiness and safety. Couples Therapy For couples who want to: Improve emotional communication Understand recurring conflicts Rebuild emotional connection and trust Navigate transitions, distance, or unresolved resentment Couples therapy focuses on emotional dynamics between partners—not blame, diagnosis, or quick fixes.
