As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 12 years' experience, I help adults and teenagers understand and manage these challenges. Using cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), we explore thought patterns and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My aim is to provide a clear, supportive path towards greater well-being and resilience.

When anxiety or low mood takes hold, I focus on creating a steady, practical rhythm in sessions that helps you notice unhelpful thoughts, test small changes and build skills that fit your daily life. I offer a calm, structured space in Dhahran and online, in English or Spanish, where sessions move at your pace and homework is tailored to what feels doable.
