Mrs Magdalena Koziar

Registered Psychotherapist

Whether you’re overwhelmed by your thoughts, weighed down by heavy emotions, or just needing support, psychotherapy can help quiet the noise and bring a sense of relief. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 17 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, and am the founder of iMind Psychotherapy. In my practice, I utilize an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based modalities of treatment. This allows me to tailor the treatment to the unique needs and goals of each individual, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives.

About Me

I specialize in OCD, anxiety, trauma, and depression, working with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. I also support clients navigating relationship challenges, personal loss, workplace stress, self-esteem concerns, and major life transitions.

Approach

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from proven therapeutic modalities to provide personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all and strive to meet clients where they are while supporting meaningful and lasting change.

Basic Information

Services

My main modality of treatment is CBT, including exposure and response prevention (ERP) for the treatment of OCD. I also draw from Adlerian principles, for those wanting a deeper self-understanding of how early experiences, relationships, and core beliefs shape current patterns of thinking, emotion, and behavior.
