Madison Laurent, MA

Canadian Certified Counselor

Collaborative counselling, empowering children, teens, and adults in finding a place of relief.

About Me

Hey thinkers and feelers! Do you ever feel like you are surviving rather than living in the moment? Are you experiencing anger, sadness, or just want to learn more about yourself? During our time together, you can be the driver and choose the destination. I can sit with you on your journey, guiding and navigating along the way. Let’s find a place of relief. Perhaps a place where you feel connected to your mind, body, and spirit, or a place of power and belonging. Where would you like to go?

Approach

People close to me describe me as warm, kind, and having a quiet wisdom. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental and affirming space. My therapeutic approach is holistic, person-centred, anti-oppressive and strengths-based. I value the trauma-informed approach and actively embrace and integrate it into my practice, focusing on safety, voice and choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment in your healing journey.
