About Me

Therapy often involves vulnerability, and finding a truly safe space is paramount. I strive to provide an environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. We will work together, moving at your pace, to make sense of what feels difficult. My approach offers genuine empathy and understanding. This calm, authentic space is for anyone ready to unpack challenges and find a way forward.

Approach

When we meet, the work moves at a gentle pace, attending to what feels manageable while trust grows. I offer sessions in English from Midrand and via secure online appointments so you can choose what suits you best. Sessions combine attentive listening, reflective questions, practical grounding exercises and collaborative planning; between appointments you might try small experiments to test new ways of relating or coping. This approach often helps adolescents, young adults, couples and individuals facing transitions, anxiety or past wounds to feel steadier and more able to choose next steps.
