Lucy Flannery

Psychotherapist

An Integrative psychotherapist working with adults who struggle with relationships and with recognising/accepting own feelings and needs.

About Me

I am an integrative psychotherapist helping adults navigate complex relationship dynamics and connect with their inner world. Many find it challenging to truly recognise and accept their own feelings and needs. In our sessions, we can gently explore these patterns together. This fosters a deeper understanding of yourself and how you relate to others. I offer a collaborative space where you can uncover what truly matters to you.

Approach

When relationship tensions make it hard to notice your feelings, I help you slow the pace and map what’s happening inside and between people in your life. In my London consulting room or online, sessions are steady and practical — we pause strong emotions, name patterns around anger or anxiety, and try small experiments that test new ways of asking for what you need. Between meetings you may reflect on brief exercises; this way of working often suits adults and couples wanting clearer boundaries and calmer connection.
