This means we explore and unpack how your significant relationships have impacted how you experience yourself, others, your circumstances, and the world. In addition to exploring your current difficulties, we also look at how certain patterns of thinking, behaving and relating may contribute to a lack of satisfaction in your life. At times, this may mean acknowledging what was, mourning what could have been, and looking forward to what can be. This is done by offering you a professional, non-judgemental and safe therapeutic space where we can explore the past, present and future with a curious and compassionate lens.
