Dr Louise Langman

Clinical Psychologist

I offer in person and online therapy (CBT, ACT, MBCT, attachment & mindfulness based approaches) as well as training, and supervision.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist and a registered Practitioner Psychologist in Cattedown Derriford, Devon, United Kingdom. I provide psychometric and clinical diagnostic assessment for children and adults with mood disorders and eating disorders. I treat anger and anxiety with evidence-based psychological therapy.

Approach

Assessment informs a practical, collaborative plan that shapes how we work together. Sessions, whether in Plymouth or online and conducted in English, are paced to suit you — focused conversations, short experiments, and routine tracking that make patterns visible. I offer clear feedback from assessments, help you practise skills between meetings, and refine strategies as difficulties change. This approach tends to suit people of all ages who want concrete understanding and steady, achievable progress.
