About Me
As a Clinical Psychologist, I offer a child-focused practice where young people can explore their world and feelings. Through play therapy, children find a safe, natural way to express what's on their minds. My assessments provide clear insights into their unique needs. This approach helps children navigate challenges, develop coping skills, and grow in confidence. My aim is to support children and their families in finding positive ways forward.
Approach
Sessions move at a child's pace, using play, observation and gentle questions to map feelings and behaviour and build trust. In Gqeberha I meet families in English in a calm, child-friendly room where caregivers join when helpful and practical strategies are discussed. I use focused observation alongside structured activities to clarify patterns behind conduct concerns, then provide clear feedback and realistic steps to try between sessions. This approach tends to suit children and caregivers looking for understandable findings and steady, hands-on support.
