Therapy with an experienced, warm, engaging therapist using a variety of techniques to best work with the client's issues - be they self-growth, developmental trauma, ADHD struggles etc. I use an integrative approach customised for the client's needs.

About Me

As an experienced therapist, I offer a warm, engaging space where we can collaboratively explore what you're navigating. I tailor our work using a variety of integrative techniques, ensuring your unique needs are precisely met. Whether you're seeking self-growth, processing developmental trauma, or managing ADHD struggles, I guide you towards clarity. My aim is for you to feel truly seen and supported in finding lasting change.

Approach

You’ll find our sessions move at a practical, human pace—focused, curious and suited to what feels manageable that week. In Sandton or online, primarily in English, I alternate brief, hands-on exercises with reflective conversation, and I often set small between-session experiments to test new ways of thinking and relating. For challenges such as attention, eating patterns, or relationship strain I track concrete shifts alongside emotional processing so progress is tangible. This way of working tends to suit adults and parents seeking steady, collaborative change.
