Sometimes, life leads us down paths that force us to survive, disconnecting us from ourselves and others. My focus is on translating your distress and guiding you so that you can make clear decisions in the future and feel connected again with who you are and the people around you in this new chapter of your life.

About Me

I understand that life sometimes forces us onto paths of survival, leading to disconnection. My approach focuses on translating your distress, helping you understand its meaning. This empowers you to make clear decisions for your future and reconnect with yourself and others. You can then embrace this new life chapter with renewed connection. This support is for anyone seeking clarity and a stronger sense of self.

Approach

I will help you map the patterns that kept you surviving and gently try new ways of relating to yourself and others, so choices feel clearer. Our sessions will be steady and paced to your capacities—sometimes focused, sometimes less directive and more exploratory—and I encourage small, practical exercises between meetings. I believe I blend careful assessment with trauma‑aware techniques (such as visualization and somatic exercises), and goal‑focused work, tracking small successes that build confidence not only in decision‑making (whenever the fog lifts and clarity is gained), but also in who you are and who you would like to become. My clients are from over 15 different countries and are facing transitions, unresolved conflict, struggle in their relationships and cross‑cultural strain, but find this pace and approach helpful.

Basic Information

Services

I offer a personalized and warm trauma-informed therapeutic space where you can explore your story at your own pace. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and is fully personalized to your needs, helping you heal, grow, and feel more connected to yourself and your life. I target the above by the doing the following: Building an accurate foundation through psychoeducation; I explain what “trauma-informed” actually means (beyond the buzzword); we explore your family background and dynamics in place; we understand together how real therapy differs from pop-psychology advice, and evidence-based therapy approaches are explained simply, which helps not only with reprocessing of painful memories, but also reframing your negative believes about yourself and others. I will also show you how the brain and nervous system respond to daily stress and past traumatic experiences, even if the events happened a while ago.
