Mrs Lizzette Vescera

Family Therapist

Offer Online Therapy and in person. Brainspotting Practitioner with experience in treating individuals, couples and families. Also trained in maternal mental health. I also work with Law enforcement officers and first responders and military.

About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Carlsbad, California. I work with couples, families, and adolescents on relationship problems, mood disorders, and behavior issues. I offer family therapy, conflict management, mindfulness, and psychological assessment to develop practical steps you can use at home.

Approach

Offering online and in-person sessions from my San Diego office, I create a steady, predictable space where people can bring what matters most. Sessions are paced to your needs—brief check-ins, deeper processing, mindful grounding and practical skill practice between meetings—often pairing body-focused attention with clear problem-solving. I invite collaboration: we set small, measurable steps, try them in real life or on duty, and adjust based on what’s working. This way of working tends to help folks facing relationship strain, mood shifts, trauma, or parenting transitions.
