Ms Lisa Davis

Registered Social Worker

Lisa provides individual therapy to children, youth and adults via phone and video across Ontario.

About Me

I offer individual therapy for children, youth, and adults, making support accessible wherever you are in Ontario. Through phone and video sessions, I create a warm, confidential space to explore your unique experiences. We will work collaboratively, helping you gain clarity and develop practical tools. This approach fosters resilience and lasting well-being in your daily life.

Approach

I focus sessions on mapping patterns, noticing bodily and thought signals, and testing small changes between meetings. We will examine moment-to-moment reactions, track mood and sleep, and practice ACT- and CBT-informed exercises alongside mindfulness tasks. Homework is brief, concrete, and reviewed to refine what works. Virtual options make tracking and check-ins practical for children, adolescents, adults and families across Ontario. Change unfolds through repeated experiments, gentle reflection, and clearer daily routines that clients can observe and adjust over time.
