Ms Linda Mkhize

Registered Clinical Psychologist

I provide a safe, empathetic space for growth and self-discovery. My practice prioritises authenticity and respect, encouraging judgment-free exploration. I'm committed to culturally sensitive and inclusive care that empowers diverse individuals on their path to well-being.

About Me

I offer an empathetic space where you can truly explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My practice prioritises authenticity and respect, ensuring culturally sensitive and inclusive care. This is a place for genuine self-discovery. I guide diverse individuals, empowering you on your unique path to well-being. We'll work collaboratively to make sense of your experiences and foster personal growth.

Approach

I primarily work from a psychodynamic framework. In simple terms, this means exploring how early experiences and factors outside of our conscious awareness influence your present thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and current challenges. Beyond just looking at the past, our work together focuses on the therapeutic relationship as a living laboratory. In this safe, collaborative space, we can observe your relationship with yourself and others. By bringing these 'hidden' patterns into the light, we work to strengthen your sense of self and provide you with the insight to make conscious and more fulfilling choices for your life and your future.
