Ms Linda Micheni

Registered Psychologist

An experienced, competent and compassionate good listener psychotherapist psychologist working predominately with people living with HIV; infants, children, adolescent and adults, MAT patients, GBV victims, new mothers, Substance Use clients, children and parents, couples, young adults, retired and adults.

About Me

I offer a deeply listening, compassionate space for individuals and families navigating life's complexities. I work with people of all ages, from children to retired adults, and particularly support those living with HIV. Our sessions focus on truly hearing your unique story, helping you explore concerns like substance use or relationship dynamics. This approach provides a steady, understanding presence as you find a way forward.

Approach

Listening closely to your experiences, I shape therapy around what matters most to you, holding a calm, attentive space for whatever comes up. I work from Nairobi and offer sessions in English or Kiswahili, with both in-person and online options to suit busy families and treatment timetables. Therapy blends steady, paced conversation with goal-setting, gentle skills practice and short check-ins so insights become manageable steps between meetings. Those seeking practical, compassionate support through health, relationship or parenting challenges often find this pace helpful.
