I work with individuals and couples, especially Spanish-speaking Latinos living abroad or in Latin America, who are ready to explore their emotional world, heal relational wounds, and reconnect with their sexuality without shame or judgment. As a psychologist and sexologist with a humanistic and Gestalt approach, I help people build more authentic, fulfilling, and connected lives.

About Me

I'm a Colombian psychologist and sexologist trained at Universidad Javeriana with a Master's degree in Sexology and Couples Therapy, and advanced training in Attachment Theory and Mentalization. But beyond my credentials, what defines my work is how I show up: warm, honest, open-minded, and deeply committed to each person's process. Working with me feels like a safe, judgment-free conversation, one where nothing is too uncomfortable to bring up. I specialize in supporting people navigating personal growth, relationship challenges, and sexual wellness, whether you're based in Colombia, elsewhere in Latin America, or living as part of the diaspora. My sessions are available online in Spanish, making professional psychological support accessible wherever you are.

Approach

My work is grounded in Humanistic Gestalt therapy, which means I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a problem to fix. Together, we explore how your body, emotions, thoughts, and relationships are all connected. I draw on Attachment Theory and Mentalization to help you understand the relational patterns that shape how you connect with yourself and others, and how to begin transforming them. In practice, this looks like a collaborative, body-aware process, one that moves at your pace, honors your story, and focuses on what's alive in the present moment. Whether you're working through anxiety, relationship conflict, sexual concerns, or a deeper sense of disconnection, my goal is to help you not just understand yourself, but genuinely feel the change.
