I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples seeking deeper understanding. I help clients explore complex feelings and past experiences that shape their present. For those finding words difficult, I also integrate music therapy, offering a unique path to expression and healing. My aim is to create a safe space. Here, you can make sense of your inner world, allowing for new perspectives and lasting change.

Approach

From deep exploration to gentle musical expression, sessions unfold at a pace you set, attending to feelings that sometimes arrive as images, sounds or body sensations. In Byblos I offer in-person and secure online meetings in Arabic, English or French, and I often share brief reflections between sessions to help you notice changes. Therapy blends thoughtful listening, playful or structured musical interventions and age-appropriate assessment when needed, while we trace patterns that shape current struggles. This approach tends to help those seeking clarity and emotional relief across ages.
