About Me

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, I support children, young people, and their families. Since 2011, my experience in both clinical and school settings has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by young individuals and their family systems. I create a calm, understanding space where we can explore feelings and develop practical ways forward. Families often find my approach helps bridge communication gaps, fostering stronger connections and resilience for everyone.

Em Porto trabalho de forma prática e colaborativa, começando por ouvir com atenção para definir objetivos claros e etapas concretas. As sessões presenciais são calmas e focadas — alterno avaliação estruturada com tempo para conversar, proponho exercícios simples entre encontros e ajusto o ritmo conforme a resposta de cada pessoa. Uso métodos diretos para lidar com sintomas de humor e ansiedade, sempre envolvendo família quando faz sentido. Este modo de trabalho costuma ajudar jovens, crianças e famílias que procuram progresso passo a passo.
