Lifeline

Lifeline

We befriend the despairing and suicidal by supplying emotional support 24/7 to all who need it.

About Us

We are a mental health organisation in Curepe, Tunapuna-Piarco, Trinidad and Tobago. We offer community programmes and crisis counseling to individuals, families, and community groups. We run confidential, low-cost sessions by appointment and by walk-in for urgent needs.

Approach

When someone reaches out in crisis, we answer with steady, nonjudgmental presence any hour they need. In Curepe we provide appointments and walk-in spaces in English where sessions move at the pace you set—calm, focused, and practical. Work tends to be immediate and hands-on: short-term stabilising steps, clear safety planning, active listening, and linking with community supports, with staff available for urgent contact between meetings. Those needing direct, practical crisis care often find this way of working grounding.
