About Us

We are a Woodbridge, Ontario mental health organization staffed by Registered Psychotherapists. We offer relationship counseling, art therapy, child and adolescent therapy, and mindfulness services for individuals, couples, and families.

Approach

We focus on practical, compassionate steps that help families and individuals feel steadier between sessions, using a mix of structured tasks and creative, experiential moments to suit each person. In our Vaughan offices we offer sessions in English, Farsi and Italian, and we make sure the pace and homework feel realistic for busy lives while keeping the work emotionally safe.
