Life Enrichment Centre

Life Enrichment Centre

Professional, caring, qualified and affordable psychological counselling and psychotherapy services. We are passionate about empowering people to work through their struggles in a supported and therapeutic environment.

About Us

We provide clinical supervision, trauma counselling, psychoeducation, and personal development from our private practice in Forest Glen and Nambour/Burnside, Queensland. We use clear, practical approaches to build coping skills, improve workplace practice, and support recovery.

Approach

Sessions begin with gentle curiosity and practical planning, so we set clear, manageable goals together before moving at a pace that feels safe and useful. In our Sunshine Coast rooms or via telehealth in English, sessions blend skills teaching, trauma‑informed reflection and short, actionable tasks you can try between appointments to build confidence. I listen closely, invite collaboration and adapt approaches to what’s working for you. This way of working often suits people wanting steady, hands‑on support to regain control and move forward.
