Approach

I work primarily with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My approach is collaborative and flexible. I value creating a therapeutic space grounded in trust, honesty, and respect. In this space, your experiences are met with care, curiosity, and a willingness to explore, even the parts that feel confusing or difficult to name.

Therapy helps us slow down and notice what's happening in our inner world. When we become aware of our thoughts, emotions, and patterns, something important happens. This awareness creates space. Space to choose how we want to respond, space to reconnect with our values, and space to build a kinder relationship with ourselves.
