Mrs Leishka Laljith

Clinical Psychologist

I am a Clinical Psychologist offering psychotherapy with the aim for one to gain insight and find healing through a warm and safe thinking space.

About Me

I offer a warm, safe space where we can gently explore your thoughts and feelings together. This dedicated thinking time helps many gain clarity and work towards healing. My approach supports you in understanding patterns and finding new ways forward. It is ideal for those facing current challenges or seeking deeper self-awareness. Here, you can discover your inner resources in a truly supportive environment.

Approach

I create a gentle, curious pace, blending focused listening with small experiments to help you notice patterns and try new responses. Whether we meet in-person or online, sessions are shaped around your life and often include brief reflections or practical exercises between meetings. With young people I use creative, play-based prompts, and with adults we practise mindfulness and thoughtful questioning to clarify choices. This way of working tends to help those navigating transitions, relationship strains or persistent stress.
