Ms Leandra Soop

Registered Social Worker

I am here to help you unpack some of the pain and worry so that you can find rest, peace, connection and confidence.

About Me

Pain and worry can be incredibly heavy. I am here to help you unpack these feelings, gently exploring what holds you back. We will work together to make sense of your experiences. This process aims to bring you closer to rest, peace, and stronger connections. It's an ideal space for you to rediscover confidence and lasting calm.

Approach

When worry feels relentless, I help you slow down and gently map how thoughts, relationships and routines keep patterns alive, so we can choose different steps. You can meet me in my South Pasadena space or online; we work in English and keep sessions paced to what feels manageable. In therapy I use focused exploration, practical experiments and boundary‑setting to shift habits, build steady rhythms, and strengthen self‑trust between appointments. This way of working tends to suit people facing transitions, burnout, or tangled relational dynamics.
