About Me

It can be unsettling when life feels out of sync, or when you sense potential that isn't quite reached. I offer a supportive space to explore these feelings, whether for yourself or to help your child thrive. Together, we can uncover what is holding you back, developing clear strategies to move forward. My approach is collaborative, aiming to help you gain clarity and achieve your personal best.

Approach

Noticing that potential feels just out of reach, I guide sessions with a practical, investigative rhythm that helps pinpoint barriers and strengths. From my Arlington office and through secure online sessions in English, appointments are focused and paced to fit family and work rhythms—short check-ins, concentrated problem-solving, and time for reflection. Assessment-informed conversations blend behavioral observations with skill-building, and I often use brief between-session experiments or tracking to test what changes. This approach tends to suit people and families who want clear steps and measurable progress.
