You may look like you're functioning on the outside, but inside you feel stuck in the same patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or relationship struggles. Together, we'll move beyond simply understanding these patterns to helping you process the emotions beneath them so you can experience greater confidence, connection, and lasting change.

About Me

I believe the relationship between therapist and client is one of the most powerful catalysts for change. My style is warm, genuine, and engaged. I bring my authentic self into the room, offering observations, guidance, and support in real time so that therapy feels like a collaborative experience rather than simply a conversation about your week.

Approach

My work is grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an attachment-based, experiential approach that views emotions as a pathway to healing rather than something to suppress or manage. As an active guide throughout the process, I'll help you approach the emotions and patterns that have kept you stuck with curiosity, support, and compassion, transforming them into greater resilience, self-trust, and more fulfilling relationships.

Services

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, trauma, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences. Many of my clients are high-achieving professionals whose sense of worth has become tied to success, productivity, or caring for others. They are often insightful, have been to therapy before, and are looking to move beyond coping skills and intellectual understanding toward deeper, lasting emotional and relational change.
