Ms Laura Silva
Integrative Psychotherapist
“I help individuals who feel overwhelmed, lost, or in a major life transition—especially those who sense that something deeper is trying to emerge. My work supports people who are facing painful patterns, inner conflict, or parts of themselves they’ve avoided or outgrown. This is often called shadow work: the process of understanding and integrating the aspects of ourselves we’ve pushed away. I also guide clients through experiences sometimes described as a dark night of the soul—periods when old identities fall apart, meaning dissolves, and life feels disorienting or empty. These experiences can be frightening, but they are also profound invitations into authenticity and inner transformation. My approach blends Jungian, somatic, and soul‑centered psychotherapy to help clients find stability, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose. I offer a grounded, compassionate space for those navigating deep inner change and seeking a guide who understands the psychological and spiritual dimensions of their experience.”

Depth Psychotherapy for Spiritual Emergence, Awakening, and Life Transitions — Online
There are moments in life when the ground shifts — when old identities fall away, when the familiar no longer fits, and when something deeper begins to stir. I specialize in guiding individuals through these profound thresholds: spiritual emergence, awakening experiences, existential transitions, and the “dark night of the soul.” My work is grounded, compassionate, and deeply attuned to the inner movements of psyche and spirit. I offer online depth psychotherapy to clients across the United States and beyond.
You may be navigating:
• A spiritual awakening that feels overwhelming or disorienting
• A sudden expansion of intuition or sensitivity
• A crisis of meaning, identity, or purpose
• A profound loss or life transition
• A sense of being “between worlds” — no longer who you were, not yet who you’re becoming
• A longing for coherence, grounding, and inner clarity
These experiences are not pathology. They are invitations.
My Approach
My work blends Jungian Depth Psychotherapy, spiritual emergence support, indigenous wisdom teachings, Somatic, Mindfulness, Heart centered therapies and over 40 years of experience guiding individuals through transformative inner processes. I listen for what is trying to unfold in you — the deeper intelligence beneath symptoms, confusion, or fear. Together, we create a space where your psyche can speak, your body can settle, and your inner knowing can come forward.
I work with clients throughout the US, and Worldwide by Zoom.
