About Me
I work with expats to explore the unique challenges of living abroad. Relational therapy is central to my approach, helping you understand how connections shape your world. We can gently navigate feelings of isolation, identity shifts, or adapting to new cultures. My aim is to create a supportive space where you can build resilience and find belonging in your new environment.
Approach
Connections are explored through a gentle, curiosity-led rhythm that helps you untangle how living abroad has reshaped your sense of self and your close relationships. I work with adults, couples and families in Leuven or online, in English or Afrikaans, keeping sessions paced to fit busy, shifting lives. We attend to bodily signals, relational patterns and practical steps—sometimes using focused, trance-like moments to access stuck material and translate insights into everyday practice. This way of working often suits people aiming for steadier connection to themselves and others.
