Lana Theron

Registered Counselor

I am an HPCSA Registered Counsellor and certified hypnotherapist. I have solution focused approached and aim to empower individuals to take back their power and control.

About Me

When you feel life has knocked you off course, I help you rediscover your inner strengths and regain a sense of direction. My solution-focused approach guides our conversations towards your goals, not just past problems. We’ll identify practical steps you can take to empower yourself, helping you reclaim control over your life. This supportive space is ideal for those ready to build on their capabilities and move forward with purpose.

Approach

When life feels off-course I focus on clear, practical steps that help you notice change between sessions and build forward momentum. In my Pretoria practice and online, in English or Afrikaans, sessions are paced to suit you—short goal checks, deeper exploration and breathing or hypnosis techniques when helpful—to ease anxiety, work through trauma or manage stress and anger. You’ll leave with simple actions to try and we’ll review what worked next time. This way suits those ready to move toward steady, tangible shifts.
