About Me

Approach
Sessions focus on quietly tracking patterns as they emerge in the room and in daily life, paying attention to feelings that arrive both slowly and suddenly. In my Perth consulting room we move at a measured pace — for some this includes drawing or play, for others reflective talk — and I gently help link past experiences with current reactions so difficult moments become clearer. Between appointments I encourage small experiments in noticing oneself. This way of working often suits people facing anxiety, OCD, abuse recovery or big life changes.
