About Me

I am a licensed psychologist in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. I help people who have experienced abuse and those dealing with stress or burnout. I support LGBTQI+ clients and couples with relationship counseling through individual and online therapy and consultation.

Approach

To steady your inner world, therapy moves at a gentle, collaborative pace tuned to your social context and identity. I offer sessions in Mumbai or online with clear check-ins, safety planning when needed, short reflective exercises and culturally attuned questions in English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu so ideas land in your language. I track patterns between sessions with brief homework or grounding practices, revisit relational ruptures, and build small, practical steps that reduce stress, heal attachment wounds from abuse, and support queer relationship navigation. This approach suits adolescents, adults and families who want concrete, compassionate change without rush.
