Ms Krity Mukherjee, MSc
Counseling Psychologist
“I am a Counselling Psychologist and Research Coordinator with a strong interest in emotional well-being, psychological research, and holistic mental health practices. My work focuses on helping individuals understand their inner experiences, navigate life transitions, and build healthier emotional and relational patterns. My therapeutic orientation is grounded in Choice Theory (Reality Therapy) and Mindfulness-based practices, while following an integrative psychological approach that allows me to draw from multiple evidence-informed frameworks based on individual needs. I also work with couples and relationship dynamics, helping partners develop healthier communication, emotional awareness, and mutual understanding. Alongside therapeutic practice, I am interested in integrating psychology, research, and technology to make mental health support more accessible and structured. My work also explores how psychological insights can contribute to broader wellness ecosystems and community-based mental health support. I enjoy connecting with fellow mental health professionals to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and help build a collaborative and supportive mental health community.”
