I specialize in working with disordered eating, teens, families, anxiety and depression. I’m also certified as a Chemical Dependency Professional and am knowledgeable regarding addiction, relapse prevention, and recovery. I offer both in-person and online appointments.
For nearly a decade, I’ve partnered with youth and families to set and achieve goals, learn effective coping strategies, and practice behavioral skills to achieve lasting and meaningful change.
