Krista

Ms Krista Verrastro

Dramatherapist

I help people who feel used, abused, neglected, or rejected transform from surviving to thriving. I work in person and online (for Maryland residents). I blend drama therapy, EMDR therapy, and talk therapy.

About Me

I offer a supportive space to gently explore experiences that leave you feeling used, abused, neglected, or rejected. We can work together to reclaim your narrative thorough drama therapy, EMDR therapy, and talk therapy. You'll discover new ways to navigate challenges and build lasting confidence. My aim is to help you move from simply surviving to truly thriving. Sessions are available in person and online for Maryland residents.

Approach

We use creative and experiential methods and somatic processing to gently revisit memories, practice new responses, and integrate them between sessions. This way of working tends to suit adolescents and adults who want hands-on, creative, and collaborative steps toward steadier confidence.
