Krisha

Ms Krisha Sanghvi

Counseling Psychologist

I work with addiction, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and personality-related concerns. My clients often tell me sessions feel easy to walk into, but the work itself is real. I am not here to be your crutch; I am here to help you get to a point where you don't need me anymore. If that sounds like what you are looking for, let's talk.

About Me

I work with people who are navigating some of the harder parts of life, addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, OCD, relationship patterns, and emotional dysregulation. Whether you are in the middle of a crisis or just feel stuck in cycles you cannot seem to break, this is a space where we can slow down and actually work through it.

Approach

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, which means I meet you where you are. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy; what we work on and how we work on it is built around you. I have worked extensively in rehabilitation and clinical settings with adults across a wide range of presentations, including complex and long-standing concerns. I am comfortable sitting with difficulty and helping you make sense of it. If you are ready to start, I would love to hear from you.
