Ms Krisha Sanghvi, MSc

Clinical Psychologist

Hi, I'm Krisha, a psychologist who will probably challenge you a little. I work with addiction, trauma, anxiety, OCD, and personality-related concerns. My clients often tell me sessions feel easy to walk into, but the work itself is real. I am not here to be your crutch — I am here to help you get to a point where you don't need me anymore. If that sounds like what you are looking for, let's talk.

About Me

I work with people who are navigating some of the harder parts of life — addiction and recovery, trauma, anxiety, OCD, relationship patterns, and emotional dysregulation. Whether you are in the middle of a crisis or just feel stuck in cycles you cannot seem to break, this is a space where we can slow down and actually work through it. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, which means I meet you where you are. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — what we work on and how we work on it is built around you. I have worked extensively in rehabilitation and clinical settings with adults across a wide range of presentations, including complex and long-standing concerns. I am comfortable sitting with difficulty and helping you make sense of it. If you are ready to start, I would love to hear from you.

Approach

Integrative and trauma-informed — drawing on CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Parts Work to build an approach that fits you, not the other way around.
