About Me

Using mindfulness and somatic awareness with regular talk therapy, we gently explore your inner landscape and work to untangle any unwanted patterns we find there. We can bring in some Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems as well

Approach

Work moves between body-focused noticing and clear, reflective dialogue so you can meet stuck patterns with steadiness and curiosity. In-person in Seattle or via English-language telehealth, I hold a calm, private space for safe and pruductive self inquiry an. Sessions often weave brainspotting or Internal Family Systems with practical relational work, and I may offer brief experiments and/or homework for you to practice.
