About Me

I am an LMFT and relationship therapist based in New York, NY. I treat your anxiety and relationship issues in individual and family sessions. I offer individual, family, and online therapy to clients in Manhattan, Westchester, Yonkers, Long Island, and Auburn.

Approach

When fights pile up and the spark feels distant, I help couples and individuals break those cycles with clear, doable steps that build safety and curiosity. In my Rye office or online in English, sessions move at a steady, practical pace—we name patterns, practice new ways of speaking, and track small changes between meetings. You’ll leave with focused experiments to try at home and we’ll review what worked without blame. This approach tends to fit adults and couples ready for honest, manageable change.
