Ms Kimberley Munsamy

Counseling Psychologist

I am an empathic and non-judgmental Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. I work with various mental health difficulties across population groups.

About Me

I aim to create a truly empathic and non-judgemental space for everyone I work with. As a Counseling Psychologist, I support individuals from various backgrounds as they navigate diverse mental health difficulties. Our sessions offer a safe environment to explore challenges and find understanding. This approach is ideal for anyone seeking a flexible, confidential setting to address their unique concerns and move forward with clarity.

Approach

To help you make sense of what feels overwhelming, I work with gentle curiosity and clear, practical steps tailored to your pace. In Cape Town I offer English sessions that balance listening with guided reflection, pacing discussions to your energy and focusing on manageable skills for anxiety, mood shifts, trauma recovery and stress. Between sessions I often suggest short practices or reflections you can try and we review what works together. This way of working suits individuals and couples looking for confidential, steady support.
