About Us
Approach
We believe in creating an inclusive, collaborative, authentic and empowering environment for self-discovery and psychological growth. We pride ourselves on providing therapeutic care and mental performance coaching grounded in science, offering proven strategies for enhancing well being and performance.
Services
At The Mental Game clinic, we specialize in empowering high performers—whether athletes, executives, or other driven individuals—who are seeking to overcome personal obstacles, manage stress, or sharpen their mental edge. We offer individual therapy for adults (18+), adolescent therapy (13+), and couples therapy, with each service designed to support you in reaching your goals while prioritizing mental well-being and resilience.
Our process begins with an intake session with your therapist, where you (and your partner or teen, if applicable) will explore the key challenges bringing you to therapy now. This session allows us to understand your objectives and collaboratively develop a customized treatment plan tailored to address your specific needs and performance goals.
While therapy length varies based on individual concerns, we recommend a minimum of 8 to 12 sessions for clients working on a single issue. For those navigating the demands of high-performance environments, our therapists integrate strategies to boost confidence, manage perfectionism, and enhance resilience, equipping you with tools to thrive in all areas of life.
Take the first step toward transforming challenges into growth and unlocking your full potential. Contact us today to book a discovery call and see how our team can support you on your journey.
