I’m Sandy Khoury, a licensed psychotherapist in Beirut. I offer an integrative approach based on CBT and Schema Therapy, providing a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore your inner world and create meaningful change. About Me

I help individuals navigate complex emotions, from low self-esteem and anxiety to mood disorders. Together, we explore different therapeutic approaches to build a path tailored to your unique needs, in a welcoming and supportive space. In addition to my clinical work, I am a psychologist at an NGO supporting abused women and children (SEF – Service de l’Enfant au Foyer), and I also serve as an instructor at USJ (Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth). You can reach me via WhatsApp at +961 71 780 500 or by email at sandykhoury71@gmail.com

Approach

That tailored, exploratory work often looks like a deliberate rhythm: focused check-ins, gentle tracking of mood and identity questions, and clear steps to try between sessions. I meet people in Beirut or online, in Arabic, English or French, and aim to make each appointment feel practical and grounded rather than abstract. Sessions mix short, skill-focused experiments with reflective moments that link current struggles to earlier patterns, and I offer concise observations to carry forward between meetings. This way of working tends to suit those seeking steady change and clearer self-understanding.
