About Me

I am a clinical psychologist with over eight years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, life transitions, grief, and identity-related challenges. I have practised as a clinical psychologist in Lebanon, working across humanitarian and clinical settings. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with women, immigrants, and young people across different countries and cultural contexts.

Approach

I believe healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and connected to yourself. Many people come to therapy feeling disconnected from their bodies, uncertain about their boundaries, or overwhelmed by patterns they struggle to break. My role is to offer a warm, compassionate, and active presence where you can feel supported and understood. I meet you with curiosity, care, and respect for your lived experience. Together, we can build greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust, helping you move through the world with more steadiness and make choices that honour who you are, without apology.
