Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, past hurts, or a struggle with self-worth can be isolating. I offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space where we can gently explore these challenges together. My goal is to help you navigate your feelings and build lasting confidence. For those who wish, Christian Counseling can also provide an additional layer of support, tailored to your beliefs. I am here to support you in finding strength and peace.
Approach
When we meet, sessions feel calm and focused—gentle pacing, clear goals, and room to name what’s most painful so we can work through it together. I offer both in-person in Douglasville and secure online sessions in English, and I’ll check in between meetings with practical tools or reflections when that’s helpful. Our work blends grounding, targeted processing, and building everyday confidence through small, doable steps. This approach tends to suit teens and adults seeking steady, compassionate support through anxiety, trauma, and low self-worth.
