As an educational psychologist, I guide individuals to understand how their unique development and learning can enhance their recovery process. We'll explore practical strategies together, making sense of past experiences and building new ways forward. My aim is for you to gain insights and develop skills, finding strength and confidence to navigate life's challenges. I offer a collaborative space where you can feel truly understood and supported in your growth.
Approach
Together we map how past learning and developmental patterns shape current choices, turning those maps into step‑by‑step plans for recovery. In my Cape Town office, sessions are in English and paced to suit adolescents and adults, with room between meetings for brief practical tasks. Assessments and focused reflective tasks help uncover learning styles and triggers; we then rehearse new responses, build routines and track small gains. This way suits people wanting practical, skill‑based work that connects understanding with everyday change.
