About Me
Approach
Our approach to psychotherapy is integrative. We strive to provide clients the space and opportunity to be heard, without judgment.
Our therapists understand that talking with a trained therapist is different from talking with a friend. Talking to a therapist allows us to understand ourselves and others, gain insight into patterns of behaviour and make positive changes.
Kennedy specializes in working with couples. This work is more directive than in individual therapy and modalities used include PACT and RLT. Couples work requires active ongoing attention to the subtle cues of each partner and sessions are quite focused.
