Ms Kelly Redman

Registered Psychologist

I work with people on a journey through healing from trauma. I am a compassionate and non-judgemental therapist, working from a trauma-informed approach. I can help you to understand what has happened, and to make a plan to live a fulfilling life. I approach my work holistically, taking account history and context.

About Me

I am a Registered Psychologist in Wellington, New Zealand. I treat abuse, addiction, anger, and body image concerns. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in practical, confidential sessions.

Approach

Sessions feel steady and practical, moving at a pace you can manage while we name patterns and build safety. From my Wellington base I offer in-person and online work in English, so we shape tasks and reflections that fit your life between appointments. You can expect a mix of quiet exploration, short practical experiments, and clear planning — check-ins on what’s changed and adjustments as we go. People who want gentle, structured progress often find this way of working helpful.
