Clinical Psychologist

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist working with adults with a variety of mental health concerns. I have a special interest in Perinatal Mental Health. I aim to provide a warm, safe and empathetic therapy space to explore your thoughts and feelings and deepen to your awareness and understanding of yourself.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist supporting adults with diverse mental health concerns. My special interest lies in perinatal mental health. I aim to create a warm, empathetic space. Here, you can gently explore thoughts and feelings. This allows for a deeper understanding of yourself. We can work together to navigate significant life transitions. My approach suits those seeking a safe environment to process experiences and find clarity.

Approach

You’ll find a gentle balance between reflection and practical steps as we explore transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum and shifting identity. Sessions in Midrand or online, in English, move at your pace with space to notice what feels urgent and what can wait. I use mindful attention, dream exploration and focused assessment to trace patterns, try small changes and build realistic self-care and advocacy strategies between meetings. This approach suits adults seeking thoughtful, collaborative support through meaningful life changes.
