Clinical Psychologist

I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist working therapeutically with individuals aged 13 years and above, supporting a range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist, I provide a confidential, supportive space for individuals aged 13 and above. I work with people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including challenges related to school, relationships, stress, and overwhelming emotions. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, focusing on helping you make sense of your experiences and develop practical, evidence-based strategies to support change. Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and pace, with the aim of building insight, resilience, and long-term psychological wellbeing.

Approach

I work with individuals from mid-adolescence through later life, tailoring the pace and therapeutic approach to your everyday needs. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and practical, shaped around integrative approaches, which are tailored to what feels most helpful for you and your needs. Based in Cape Town, I offer therapy in English online. Our work together is focused yet flexible, and between sessions you may be invited to try brief, manageable exercises or simple tracking to help notice change over time. This way of working can be particularly supportive for those experiencing anxiety, life transitions, body image concerns, or cognitive difficulties.
