verified by TherapyRoute

I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor and Therapist. In my approach I draw on an array of skills, and modalities (including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, Existential and Transpersonal) according to individual needs.

About Me

As an integrative psychotherapist, I believe therapy works best when it truly fits you. I draw from various approaches, including Humanistic, CBT, and Psychodynamic. This allows us to tailor sessions precisely to your unique needs. We'll explore different ways of understanding your experiences, perhaps focusing on feelings, thoughts, or past patterns. This flexible approach suits anyone seeking a personalised path to navigate challenges and find clarity.

Approach

I work with you to develop a rhythm that suits your pace, blending gentle curiosity with practical steps to untangle trauma, attachment wounds and addictive patterns. Sessions are offered online from my London base, in English or Kiswahili, and I pace each meeting to what feels manageable so we can attend to safety and clarity. We track patterns, use experiential exercises and co-create small practices to try between sessions, building agency and emotional regulation. This way of working tends to help people facing past abuse, relationship difficulties or persistent cycles.
