Psychologist

My integrative approach allows me to understand patterns, clarify emotional processes, and provide evidence-informed strategies tailored to each client’s needs. I offer online therapy for adults seeking insight, practical coping tools, and long-term emotional balance. In a structured and supportive space, I help clients navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and cultivate sustainable personal growth, empowering them to achieve meaningful change in their lives.

About Me

I am a psychologist and psychological counsellor holding advanced training in Positive Psychotherapy and Positive Psychology. I specialise in supporting adults experiencing anxiety, co-dependency, relational difficulties, childhood trauma, abuse, expat challenges, and addiction. I have a special interest in trauma and how that manifests in adult relationships.

Approach

Positive Psychotherapy, developed by Nossrat Peseschkian in Wiesbaden, Germany, is a psychodynamic approach that integrates evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), humanistic theory, and systemic therapy. This integrative model provides flexibility to address a wide range of issues. Rooted in positive psychology, it views people as having inherent strengths that can restore emotional well-being. Symptoms are explored in the context of a person’s life story, uncovering their deeper meaning and purpose. While self-protection mechanisms are natural, they can sometimes become complicated and lead to distress. In my sessions, we explore what is happening in your life now and what brought you to therapy. By safely examining past experiences, we create a coherent narrative through discussion, visualization exercises, meditation, and other techniques tailored to your needs. The goal is to help clients gain self-awareness, understand their true needs, explore their potential for growth, and find the best path forward.
